We use a company called Printful for order fulfillment. If you purchase a physical item, they will automatically receive the order information, print, and ship the item to you.
You may have noticed "made in Los Angeles" in our product descriptions, and maybe you got confused if you recently received something from North Carolina. This is because Printful recently added a new fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
